More virgin sacrafices

Post by katy potaty » Mon May 02, 2011 6:34 pm

Hi all, my husband and I are finally taking the plunge and coming to the playa. We've been hearing stories for years from a family friend who, I think, has been attending since the S.F. days. My 77 year old father has even been to burning man. So, at last, we took the plunge and bought ticket. Now I'm all about prep. Just bought a sprayer and am going to learn to bathe and wash my my hair with one gallon of water. I'm just not sure how all those pesticides will effect my roots................

Hey there! Fellow virgin here. Tons and tons of advice on prepping and having a blast (not just surviving) for and at burningman! Start at page one of One Item a Day for Burningman in the Q&A section. So very many good tips in there!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

I'm suspecting that if your father has been to Burning Man, your roots are just fine!!!!

Enjoy the planning. It's addictive.

He kept it hid And so did she.
They searched for blue Their whole life through,
Then passed right by- And never knew.”
