Small workspace in San Francisco

Does anyone know of a place in San Francisco where I could get a small workspace (10x10 would do fine). Assembling my BM project has outgrown my apartment and having someplace to work for the next few months would make help speed up the work.

I've checked around a few places, but most spaces are for working artists, which is a bit outside my scope.
