There's a 2011 Tickets forum below the "Introduce Yourself" forum, and there are some tips there about how to avoid getting scammed when buying from 3rd parties. Try your hand there. Online tickets from the original source went up to $360 today at http://tickets.burningman.com, and will remain at that price til they sell out, which is expected.
The 2011 Theme Camps forum has a number of camps that are still accepting members, but you will need to chase 'em down and show 'em why they need you . . . they usually skip this forum. There is also a helpful thread on How to Join a Theme Camp, which as 2nd-timers may still hold some value for you.

2. Finding a camp is always a crapshoot, but there are camps on other threads actively seeking campers. You need to be proactive and seek those out.
3. What do you mean by "help"? A free ticket? A discounted one? What can you pay? Again, the ticket thread is very active. You need to post there and see if you can find a match. I will tell you that if you're looking for a "gifted" ticket, be prepared to be scorned and ridiculed on this forum. That's just the way it is.
4. Unless you are e e cummings, I'd lose the lower case, and bad grammer. If you want to be taken seriously, then be serious. Just one man's opinion.
