Is this pool bash related to BM in any way other than soliciting this board?

Yes it is Badger. I'm aware of the rules and I don't like stepping on peoples toes, if it were not BM related I wouldn't have put it here. I've put things up here for HeartBurn, an Indiana/Ohio regional, that we're trying to get off the ground before. I'm sorry that I didn't put in here that it was supposed to be in regards to meeting/greeting other fellow burners and others that are interested. We're trying to meet more people around the area so that we can get a feel of what others here want to do, what they are up to, and who the hell they are. Of course it seems that there are very very few of us.

I should have made it blatantly clear, I was in a hurry and just pasted what I had put in an e-mail to people that I personally know and a list that we have going. I'm sorry for any confusion that this may have caused you or others.

Everyone have a wonderful day!

Sorry about the multiple postings there. My internet hook-up was acting up and I didn't think that it was posting. Of course it was though. Couldn't even come around to say I was sorry til this morning. Now if only I could delete the two extras.

Well, it was a good time. A little bit of talking occurred, even though we didn't get to the pudding wrestling. It ended up being more of an intimate gathering of like minds than an all out bash.
