SF room sought

Hi, Craigslist doesn't help narrow down households to Burning Man-friendly ones, so I'm looking here. I don't know if this is the right area of E-Playa to post this on, so if someone knows, please show me where to put this.

Until then, I'm looking for a room -the closer to Geary/Fillmore the better.
Clean, quiet, non-smoking, conscious household is what I'm lookin' for. The rest is negotiable. Would prefer that parking is easy, and that there's a backyard to grow things and have BBQs. I can pay up to $800/mo. plus utl. I'm a FT CMT at Kabuki Springs & Spa -so income is reliable. Household must be comfortable with me having up to 3 clients over per week -which is what I need to afford a seperate work studio. Well, I think that's about it. Hope to find a good match out here.
