What to do if no email regarding a ticket

Post by zerzura » Mon Feb 06, 2012 2:23 pm

I looked through the past threads because I believe a link is posted there, but I couldn't find it. My campmate did not receive an email congratulations or rejection. Does he send an email to ticketing support? He did receive and email confirmation of registering. We looked on the ticket page, and he filled out the form on http://tickets2.burningman.com/retrieve.php, but this found nothing. Doesn't he need the "rejection" email to register for STEP first? Thanks.

When the only tool you got is a hammer, every problem looks like a hippie.

Getting overly dramatic about the ticket sale process is so 2012. - Maladroit

This happened to me too. I did get a confirmation, but didn't get a rejection letter.

I contacted tickets here:

http://tickets2.burningman.com/contact.php

They have been back in touch a few times, still not fully resolved or explained

My wife and I registered for one ticket each on separate cards (due to limits). She got one but I didn't - it looks like it was scrubbed because her name was on both entries (but just two total!!!)

Whoever has been covering this for BORG has been timely in responding - I think they just have a big mess to clean up.

Good Luck
