I know for practicality's sake, the elastic strap just works. But, does anyone have any experience w/ the more fashionable* leather straps? Once they're on, do they stay on? Annoying to get on? Annoying to keep on?
Cheers

Re: Goggles: Leather Strap vs. Elastic
I use elastic and bring back up, but I suppose I would use leather for looks if the straps were adjustable or had holes punched, like a belt. And I'd have rubber bands and bobby pins in case I wanted to arrange my hair supportively.

Re: Goggles: Leather Strap vs. Elastic
Maybe I've never had a good pair of goggles, but I simply don't use them...
And then there's the fact that I don't expect that I will go back every year; I think I'll get it out of my system and not go again...
I'm wavering on a kodiak or springbar because I fear it will be used once. But I don't think the carport is viable....

From what I've seen, they have holes -- but even a leather watch band will stretch and get annoying, no?
