Need power in North Jersey?

So I figured I'd post here in case anyone in the area is affected by the major power outages/flooding here. My apartment never lost power. So if anyone needs a brief respite from the cold and dark, I'd love to cook you a hot meal, watch a movie and charge your devices. Maybe even a hot shower and a load of laundry. It's small, so I'd prefer not to have overnight guests, but you can come over after work and do what you need to do.

Our building has become a big town gathering point. The Starbucks is filled to capacity, and this morning I found two well dressed gentlemen in our vestibule working on their computers. I didn't even know we had an outlet there.

Now that I have my parents taken care of (hotel room), I'm opening my door to others.

Our local burner mailing list just received a post about Burners without Borders serving Sandy victims:

Burners Without Borders currently has an Assessment Team in New Jersey looking for underserved communities that may be able to use volunteer assistance after Hurricane Sandy. I don't know if I will be able to get involved in this myself, I'm looking into it.
