Keep the dust out of your hair with toddler pants!
You can sew the ankles shut to stash lightweight stuff, or for a more elegant look, stuff the legs with batting so they stand bolt upright.
Shown here in RuffleButt Pink, but they come in all colors.

I buy the ones made for toddlers on Gliese 667C c. Three to five distal tentacles, no need to sew the pointy ends shut, usually already have bells on...they're a ready-made comfortable jester look!
