Storage in Reno area

Hi, does anyone know of a good burner friendly storage in reno. I need a small space to keep my wall tent. 8 feet poles and canvas. 10 feet by 5 feet space will do.

Maybe someone got to share a storage space?

If not in Reno, does someone know of a store like this in SF.
Im hoping $10 a month or less.
