e-bike

Looking at the BM guide it appears that electric motor skateboards ok but doesn't specifically say electric bikes are. Does this mean they are not? Will this change for next year? When I say electric bike I mean for all intents and purposes you can't tell it apart from a regular bicycle.

If it's a legal e-bike in Nevada, you're good to go.
