Only with the camp logo, of course. The threads would only be of 1 or 2 colors and the border would probably be irregular. I think sew-on should be fine; probably won't need iron-on backing.
I've found a lot of places on the web that offer large custom patches, so I'd appreciate input if any eplayans have had experiences with such things. Is it customary to get a sample patch? Should I be wary of varying dye lots or a need for a high thread density? Should I look for thicker patches for stiffness or thinner patches for easier sewing? Am I being too picky?
