In the last week, I've gotten tons of PM's and emails from people asking for help with their ticket orders or accounts on other sites, and in talking with some of the folks involved with ticketing and the Burner Profile system, I'm hearing that they're getting tons of requests for help with stuff that isn't them, either.

The best way you can help yourself get a faster response and resolution on your issue is to make sure you're contacting the right people for the right thing!
  • If you are having any kind of trouble accessing your Burner Profile account, go to THIS PAGE and fill out the form. Please be aware that the team is extremely busy, but they're getting people taken care of as quickly as possible. Alert: we are seeing that depending on your email provider, there may be a delay of several hours on password recovery issues. The profiles team is working with the hosting company to get that resolved asap, but have patience - the password recovery will get sent out, and you'll still have plenty of time to get registered for the OMG sale (registration for that is open until noon PDT on Monday).
  • If you are having trouble with a Ticket Order, SEND AN EMAIL to [email protected]. Your subject line should include your order #. If you already have an open ticket (if it's an ongoing issue), make sure to include the ticket # as well. Please be aware that the team is extremely busy, but they are getting people taken care of as quickly as possible (they're striving to get some kind of response back within 24-48 hours).
  • If you are having trouble with your ePlaya User Account, SEND AN EMAIL to [email protected] (and please include your ePlaya username). I'm not as busy as either the Profiles or Ticket Support teams, but things are getting crazy for me as well.
