Poopin' on the Playa

Post by DrYes » Mon Dec 15, 2014 11:40 am

I put together an article on the subject here that I'd appreciate feedback/corrections/additions on from the eplayans.

Any tips from @RobbiDobbs would be particularly appreciated!

This is a great write up, going to read the other link at the bottom of your page too.

Glad I saw it too, I have no issues carrying out my own baby wipes.

I always carry Baby Wipes and three ziploc bags. One big one to hold both of the other bags, One for fresh wipes, and one for the radioactive. It makes the whole experience much more pleasant. They obviously do not go in the porto, and are instead deposited safely into a black garbage bag to carry home.

Fun reading too.

These things could help keep the Jots smelling good and looking good too:

Chocolat Farts
Gold Shit
Elderberry

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

I also carry 'Travel John' in my car and in my backpack. It's tiny and unfolds. I keep it in a ziplock so when I pee into it I have a safe place to keep it. (Even though it won't leak because it is filled with some super absorbent magic crystals). Travel John is a life saver if you are stuck in line for hours or out in the middle of nowheresville when you have to whiz. I give it a 5 star recommendation. They come in a 3 pack.

Just FYI, that horse you have pictured in the bathroom stall forgot to pull down his pants before sitting down.

Burners: remember to pull down pants before pooping. You don't want to end up like that horse.

Figjam is always happy to tell people to close the lid in the port-a-pots..

If everyone would close the lids after use the vent pipes would do there job.. To vent the foul odder up and out of the unit..

A preposition describes where you poop in relation to the potty. You can poop in it, on it, around it, behind it, upon it, above it, below it, but the only correct answer is inside it.

A proposition should never happen near a porta potty.
