Coconut Water..... ?

Post by Meat Hunter » Sun Feb 08, 2015 2:18 pm

Last year, Lucky advised me that one of the easiest places for me to purchase dry ice towards the end of my drive from MS was at Williams Beverages in Fallon. Yup, that was a fine place and the register person saw me struggling to get my trike back on my trailer and she ran out to lend an ol' man a hand.

Now for this year's question: Beer yes, but Coconut water is nowhere to be found in central MS. Can one normally find coconut water at most of the larger grocery stores in Fallon, Fernley and Reno?

Yes I know that Reno is a bit off my direct route of travel, but I have to pick-up a friend at the Reno airport.

Walmart in fernley is loaded with the stuff pre entry. They have a whole section of weird burn stuff, coconut water included.

Best gift I received my first year was a coconut with a straw in it. A sweet little couple (I painted her boobies at barbie death camp for critical tits) came all the way back to give me this. Was sooooooo tasty and a very strong memory filled with love.

You can also just order it off Amazon if you don't mind hauling it.

Bless,

Amazon is an option.

However, since I have a 4 day 2,200 mile drive, I try to hold off purchasing anything that has any weight to it a'tall until I am really close.

tamerakay,

Where in Fernley do you purchase your dry ice?

I overnighted in Fernley last year also and then a comfortable and leisurely drive to the playa arriving fresh and not tired out. What a nice way to begin a burn.

Get the dry ice in fallon. Fernley only had small bricks, no large blocks. mydearfriend brought us a block from Reno.

Oddly enough, I have luck finding coconut water a dollar-stores or 99C discount type stores. Along with mints, gum, small-portion condiments, and cheap sunglasses, this is one of my critical Pre-burn shopping trips.
