Cheers from Portland, Oregon! First Burn

Hello!

I am hoping to make this year my first Burn! Unfortunately, I didn't luck out and get a ticket during yesterday's sale, so I'm on the lookout and hoping to connect with burners in Portland looking for an extra artist to join their group. :)

Excited to finally join the Burning Man community!

Portland has a good market for face value tickets after tickets have shipped in early summer. It's pretty easy to get a ticket if you pay attention to CL and do a little of due diligence before buying the ticket. Welcome to that crazy ride that is Burning Man. There are tuns of burners in PDX so there are a bunch of resources out there to learn about the event from people and network to find a camp. Have Fun! Study the first timers guide and all that!

As mentioned, try to go to SOAK, the regional. There is an informal meetup of burners at the Roadside Attraction bar Tuesday evenings.
