DIY Trailer/Custom Trailer

I have a problem. I have these grand plans and so little storage space! I also have a major Burning Man addiction! I already have plans for 2016. :-/

So, here's what I'm contemplating: Building a "custom" trailer from a ~6,000lb flat bed or enclosed trailer and building it up so it triples as storage for my big tricycle, transportation to Burning Man (or where ever), AND a camp bar/cafe space. So... How practical is this? Oie!

Does my description make any sense? I can't figure out the right search terms to find other people who have done something similar...

Thanks! In a really round about way, that helped me find the key part of my search. I want to make something like this, but home made and more playa-appropriate: http://www.ortenfresh.de/uk/vorratsfahrzeuge.htm It's the bottom right one, in black, that I'm most interested in. You can design it with hinged shelves & counters, so when it's in storage/transport mode you have more space, then you just lift the shelves & insert legs to make it the bar.
