Swapping will call to hard ticket

Hi my friend in Paris has will call collection,
Is it possible he could have his ticket changed to a hard ticket and sent to my address in Toronto Canada ?.
i have a crew of 6 people we all have hard tickets except my friend in Paris .
can this be arranged ?
