Approved on-playa delivery vendors & compressed gases?

First is there a good public list of approved on-playa delivery vendors available in advance of the event? They would have vendor gate passes and pay the BLM % of revenue fee.

Second do any of them deliver tank gases/pick up the tanks? Welding gases, CO2, LNO2, NO, O2, etc.

Or is there a permitted general delivery trans-shipper from Reno?
