I bought my two tickets in the original regular sale and have an order number (*************)

I DID NOT get a tracking number email and DID NOT get my tickets yet.

I cannot log into the support system because my password didn't work and I'm not getting a "reset password" email, I have no idea why. I sent email to support not thru the ticketsupport.burring but thru the regular "contact us" ,my password does work there from some strange reason. I didn't get a reply yet (it was about 24 hours ago).

What the hell do I do now?

I got my UPS Mail last Thursday and my tickets on Friday, so they still sending them out. I asked thru ticket support about one week befor (cause it was international shipping and I leaving home for BM this week...) and the answer need about five days (and not only 24h) - I guess theire bussy at the moment.

Wow... they're still sending out tickets. I would imagine they could have emailed everybody who didn't get theirs yet saying they are doing it, the original sending date was JUNE and we're in August. WTF...........

Yes.. I was really nervous cause I am leaving Germany this week and had no tickets so far.... It would be a big problem if I am on the way to usa and the tickets on the way to europe - but finally everything is good.

The ticket support told me last monday, that my tickets will be shipped in the next days and the UPS mail came on last Thursday, tickets on Friday :-)

So try ticket support again - I am sure your tickets will be on the right way.

Also, if it is a gmail account you are accessing in a browser, Gmail sometimes has a hard time with password reset emails and classifying them so it just plunks them down in the all mail section and they don't show up in the categorized areas. You have to click the more options on the left of the page, then all mail.

If it's not gmail I got nothin lol

The burner profile login and support login are two different things.

They don't share login or passwords.

Ticket support https://ticketsupport.burningman.com
Regular burner profile https://profiles.burningman.com

Make sure you registered for both.


When my tickets were missing, I called ticketfly. They told me they still had them. The next day I got my shipping notice. 3 days later my tickets arrived.

Hang in there - tickets are still being mailed out. When the last of the ticket orders has been mailed, we will get an all clear from the ticket team and post that on the site. If you have not received your tickets within a couple days of the all-clear being posted, then you should contact the ticketing support team using the [email protected] email address. Include your order number, and the name on your burner profile/ticket order.
