Do dead bugs count as MOOP?

So it seems like this year there are going to be a lot of bugs on the playa. Do I have a responsibility to pick up and carry out any dead bugs that I find? Or will Restoration be ok with us leaving them to decompose on their own?

They aren't dead until they've been taken to the hospital in Reno and declared dead. So there are no dead bugs on the playa, no matter how they look.

Actually, if you read the rules, not only should you not mess with the dead bugs, you SHALL NOT pickup the bugs.

"The collection of animal or plant species is strictly prohibited".
