Lost iPhone 5 (black case with hand-held grip)

Hi friends,
I lost my iPhone 5 near the vicinity of the "Live, Dream, Be, Ok" art structure at roughly 4pm on 9/5.

It is a black iPhone5, and is locked. While i had a plastic sandwich bag around it at the time (which may have been blown off), the distinguishing feature of my iPhone5 was its case. It's a black rubber case (with some orange) and here's the key--that has a hand-held grip on the back. It's a good case for running.

When I lost it, I believe there was approximately 70% power left in it. It was on airplane mode.
