My camp is dissolving, so we no longer need the three 55-gallon water barrels stored in my basement.
They're blue food-grade plastic, very sturdy and the water in them tastes fine after 10 days in the back of a truck in the desert. They've worked out great for us over the past few years. They come with 3 air-tight lids and one additional lid with a hole for a siphon hose w/ spigot (also included).
Free to a good home if you can pick them up in the next couple weeks in San Francisco. Delivery in the Bay Area is negotiable.

Damn. If you were anywhere near Sacramento I'd be happy to take them off your hands. But they can be bought used cheaper than having them shipped here.

Re: Want three 55-gallon water barrels?
Those three (3) fifty-five (55) gallon plastic drums for potable water are a real deal.
Several years ago, I purchased two new (2) twenty (20) gallon plastic drums and the UPS shipping costs from Indiana to Mississippi was 150% more than the cost of each drum. I could have found some drums locally that previously had chemicals in them for $5.00 ea. But, what I wanted was brand new and never used drums for potable water.
When Savannah drove over from Texas to Mississippi to pickup some other items, I gave her one of my new drums and I have saved one for myself.
If you can make the round trip for $200 you will be getting them at robbery pricing.

$200? Heck, I'd drop 'em off anywhere within 30 miles of San Francisco for fifty bucks. And throw in some playatech benches while I'm at it.
