Hey, I was looking for a ride back on Saturday morning to Reno - if anyone is going this way and had a spare seat, it would be amazing to join - will only have a rucksack with me, so wont take up much space - and more than happy to cover the costs of your journey.
Unfortunately the burner express leaves too late for me to catch my flight back to the UK.
Thanks!

Let me offer up some sage advice.
I don't think anyone will commit to offering you a ride back to Reno on Saturday at this point.
If you get your belongings ready on Saturday morning, you will find an endless stream of people willing to give you a ride as you're heading out. People just can't plan to offer when so much is up in the air.

I agree. I picked up a guy heading out. He had only been there a few minutes. I gave him the $3 tour of Reno because he needed to see the 'arch'. Then the liquor store because cigarettes in NY cost $15 a pack and dropped him at the airport with hours to spare. (Sorry guy, gotta get home.) My suggestion is make a sign to hold, start walking towards exodus and pick a safe spot to hitch a ride. Don't stress.
