burner express PLUS ticket held @ reno airport will call?

Post by waterbear » Sat Aug 20, 2016 11:13 pm

Hi all, I sent various emails to the contacts through eventbrite and through the burner express plus page but have not gotten an answer. It's been more than a week and I can just immagine how swamped they are, so I am trying my luck here.

I was lucky to get a burner express plus ticket. I had to book a burner express leaving reno airport monday morning the 29th. My confirmation email says 90 minutes before that I can buy my BM ticket at the will call there. That ticket is only valid if I enter BRC on the burner express.

QUESTION:

I want to get that ticket from reno will call saturday, and I wan to use it to travel from reno to BRC with a chartered burner express bus my camp/village has chartered. I get there a day earlier and straight to my village and with my crew. It should be OK, i'm still getting to BRC with a bus!?

does anyone have any idea if this will work, or will I literally have to show up at will call in reno airport two days earlier than I would if I want to find this out?

THANKS

That may be a no go, as those were not the terms... I'm no expert

Burner Express is still pretty new, and I doubt there is a lot of expertise here about their policies. I think you need to keep at them in their channels of contact and don't expect any more in certainty than "I wish you the best of luck" from responses here. Even if someone said that last year, or two years ago, they had an experience etc... still get it from the horses mouth if you want to be sure.
