New-Joiner Argentinean Burners needs HELP!!

Hi Burners! This is RODRIGO from Argentina. Me and a couple of burner friends are looking forward to attend 2017 BM! But unluckily we are a bit lost... We are trying to get some tickets can someone please let us know any advice or guidelines to get (cheap if possible) tickets? Is there an official ticket sale website? We are planing to rent a RV, so I understand We should get a Parking Pass too right?
We are really concerned about tickets to be sold out! Taking into account that we are about to get the airplane tickets!
Please !! Some help will be much appreciated! Please help spreading the Burning Man experience to other corners of the Globe!
