Climbable Structures

Hello! Our camp wants to build a 16 foot structure intended for human interaction and we want to make sure we're submitting a complete application and abiding by any Nevada state-specific guidelines. We have the design and install/de-install plan, and are working on the bearing calculations and structure analysis. but would greatly appreciate any advice from people who have built a structure this large before.

Was there anything specific you included in your application to prove your structure was safe? Were there any Nevada state guidelines you reviewed when designing/building your structure?
