Hello, new here
Hello everyone. This is the first time I've joined a forum in a very long time. I've been interested in going to Burning Man for over a decade, but for some reason keep putting it off. Well..... I'd like to make it a reality this time. As a little side story, I removed myself from facebook recently because I found it incredibly isolating, and I'm seeking more authentic interactions. I'm drawn to eplaya because I feel like there are a lot of things I can identify with in Burning Man. I'm an artist who believes in self sustainability and communal support, and hope to meet like-minded individuals. Thank you for having me here.

Welcome, I hope to see you at the Burn. This will be my first year also. And I agree about Facebook, etc. Too easy to forget how to talk in person with anyone.

Hello welcome!
I've been trying to retire from being a burner and I find that it is impossible to do because the only people I really trust to be real are burners.

Silverluna welcome to eplaya. Where do you live. If you're near a major city there are people to meet with all year. Projects to work on and plans to make.
