Need positive help and/or suggestions

By now, those of you active on eplaya, are aware of the trip/party that we are doing in New Orleans. It is BM related only in so far that it is being presented to those who are into 'the burn'. This thing is being set up for the sake of getting together not for making money. We are helping entertainers from all over the country get gig hookups with bars and clubs in NO.

What can I do to get this in front of many more burners and get some additional responses. The trip is cheap and the activities are getting better every day.

I am mostly concerned with trying to get the entertainers good deals and thats directly affected by the estimated attendees.

Well, what have you done so far?

Starting at 0, I would say try to get it in the Jack Rabbit and post it to all of the regional lists/websites.

And, although I am active here, this is the first I've heard of it, so that's probably true for others.

I would suggest having a more set itinerary, eg. "this event is happeneding at this time and date", so as someone intersted I would know why I'm going and what I'm going to experience. I looked at the tribe page but it seems like it's just "I book my own trip to New Orleans and then there is some stuff to do there but I'm not really sure what it is." I don't see any incentive or reason for me to book this trip.

How are the deals the entertainers get affected by the attendees?
