Lot of old stickies in Culture forum

There are many old stickies that do not apply to this year are cluttering up the top:
viewforum.php?f=287

Some are being recycled for this year's event, but many have 2016 or earlier years in their titles.

Thanks for pointing that out, the ideally the historical archives should not be showing up in there.
