Other Playa partys?

I have heard some things about other festivals or partys on the playa at different times in the year (also on some other playas in nevada) is there any truth to any of this? I'v got a feeling they are pretty "underground" and people might not want publicity, maybe I have already said to much.
Rob the bank, give the money to the poor, then steal from the poor and shoot the money.......or something like that.

apparently, large gatherings other than burning man are beginning to be scrutinized more closely by the BLM.

And there's the 4th of Juplaya event that happens just over the border in Utah - near the slat flats.

And Gigsville's gatherings that take place somewhere near Yosemite there in the sierra foothills.
