Please help! In order for me to attend BM this year is if I can find a way out of BRC any time on Wednesday. I need to make it to the Reno Airport by 9pm at the very latest. Unfortunately the bxb bus does not start until first thing Thursday. Your help, ideas, support are so so appreciated.

Post an actual numerical date. It is confusing as to which of the three possible Wednesday’s you are talking about.
Have you checked out with Burner Express Air? They do fly back to Reno once they deliver passengers.

Now that really sucks.
If there's no issues, you can be out of BRC and at the Reno Airport in a number of hours. Unfortunately, that number varies, and can suddenly rollover into the next day.
Due to all of the different factors that can come into play to delay or prevent one leaving BRC on a given day, and the variable & potentially crazy long travel time, and that coming from the playa you need to be clean so the airline lets you on the plane, the past consensus is one should seriously consider leaving BRC for Reno the day before your flight. If you fly out on the Wednesday and leave BRC on the Wednesday, you may make it or you may end up trying to fly out on another plane on the Thursday, subject to availability along with any associated costs. There have been a number of threads on these topics. Google eplaya.
Given you're looking at 9pm at the airport, that's a lot better than trying to scramble for an afternoon flight, and you may get a lot of the 'day-before' benefit by leaving very late Tuesday night or very early Wednesday morning, although most rides out of BRC early in the week tend to be during the day (starting their drive back to ____).
That said, there are people travelling from BRC to Reno all through the event, for a variety of reasons.
You can try the Rideshare board, put a notice up at Centre Camp at BRC, ask on-playa through a BRC radio, or at any time your arranged ride may fall through (vehicle issues, sick/hungover, doesn't have to leave anymore, lost track of what day it was, just met a babe, etc.) and the fall back is you need to get out on Gate road with a sign saying "Reno Airport".
