Ecothrift - an enormous and cheap thrift store off highway 99 on florin.

Thrift town - almost as large, two locations. Google it.

Prevues at 24th and K. Large selection of awesome vintage things, blinkers, hats, accessories. Pricier, and a bit boring and predictable (furry stuff, steampunk) but a one-stop shop if you don’t mind looking like everyone else who isn’t creative.

Yeah, worth mentioning...

It’s not really costumes, it’s non-traditional styles.

Get creative.

The idea is to express yourself, not be disguised in some pre-fabricated commercial vision.

For example, I wear a tuxedo shirt and a kilt with big boots. That’s it. It’s a style, not a costume.

Lots of folks also wear normal every day clothing that is functional and comfortable.

Do what fits you and your flair.
