Burner Express support team - anyone there?

Dear burners,

I am struggling to get in touch with the burner express support team - as in no one answers none of my emails (even if the automatic reply keeps on saying they will within 48 hours) :x

I need to change the date of my bus ticket and it's started to become a bit urgent now, especially as the deadline to do it is the 22nd of August. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Any advice to get someone from BM to help is more than welcome!!!

I emailed them a month ago and got a reply quickly. I emailed them last week and it took 7 days.

Regarding your query, I had the same one. Answer:

1) Log in to your EventBrite account or select “My Tickets” in the header bar of your ticket confirmation email.

2) Select the ticket you wish to change for example “BxB Reno to Black Rock City”

3) Your time and date of departure should be listed as a header field. Just to the right of that highlighted in blue is “Transfer”. Select “Transfer”

4) On the next screen you are presented with two options: “Change Event” which changes your departure or arrival cities, or “Change Ticket” to change dates and times.

Departure/Arrival city change:

a) If you wish to change your routing select “Change Event” when presented with the “Change Event” or “Change Ticket” options.

b) You will then be shown all 4 Burner Express routes. Select your new preferred route.

c) You will then see a list of all available departure days and times. Select your new departure day and time. You will notice any fare difference plus a $25 change fee listed as (additional cost).

d) Click “Continue.”

Date/Time change (same route):

a) If your routing is staying the same but you wish to change your date or departure time select “Change Ticket”

b) You will then be directed to a page with a list of all possible departure days or times for your particular ticket type. You will notice any fare difference plus a $25 change fee listed as (additional cost).

c) Click “Continue.”

5) Verify your change details are correct and then select “Continue Transfer”

6) You will be prompted for payment information and be able to complete your transfer.
