I am struggling to get in touch with the burner express support team - as in no one answers none of my emails (even if the automatic reply keeps on saying they will within 48 hours)
I need to change the date of my bus ticket and it's started to become a bit urgent now, especially as the deadline to do it is the 22nd of August. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Any advice to get someone from BM to help is more than welcome!!!
