2nd Timer, first-time solo
Hey y'all! 39M coming from Virginia (driving up from the Bay). I first came to the burn in 2024 and had an amazing time with a wonderful camp. Really just enjoyed wandering around deep playa and stumbling upon whatever magic there was. Snowcones were a hit too. I'm excited to be coming back out and look forward to seeing what open camping is like. Trying to balance planning enough vs not overdoing it (I'm deep down some rabbit holes on shade structures). Interested in connecting with others doing the open camping thing too. See you all in the dust!

I'd be interested to hear what your planning for shade satructures. Like what shade material you're using and how you support it. Always looking for a better way to do things. My Aluninet got the snot knocked out of it last year.
Rabbit holes are good unless you never find your way out. Even then.....
