This is not a conspiracy, this is verifiable on GoogleEarth.

The largest structure in the entire Nevada Test site is a recently-constructed large black triangular revolving tower on the west side of Groom Lake, just north of the base. You can see it near three SETI-looking radiotelescope dishes that are known to move around or point straight up. The black tower has a bunch of round metal stuff sticking off it that look like dishes or balls or something.

Also, there's a runway grid laid out on the lakebed, recently restriped, and there are fresh tiretracks showing that the work is recent. In addition you can see the roads have all been resurfaced. Lastly, if you scroll west to field of atomic bomb craters and then go straight south, you'll see a secret new UAV base. But mostly I'm interested in the black triangle tower because it looks like something right out of Black Rock City.
