Hello one and all!
Basically I'm looking to provide any help I can really working with art projects or mutant vehicles etc in the San Francisco kind of area, I'm pretty nifty working in metal or wood and just looking to help create something beautiful and meet amazing people in the run up to the big Burn!
I'm travelling out from Devon in the UK to San Francisco on the 11th of August so have a few weeks before to explore and adventure:)
I'm a first time burner, first timer in America and first time traveller and all on my lonesome so pushing my comfort zone a bit haha
A bit about me, I'm 26 and have a young dog called Gwen and live in Exeter in Devon in the UK, I'm into my old Landrovers and offroading, Mountain biking, Fabricating silly inventions and modifying, I love festivals because of the energy and sense of community and love that develops between everyone! I'm very automotive and can weld etc also like to work in wood and lots of materials, I run my cars on Waste Vegetable oil I prepare myself which is super environmental.
I'm an easy going guy and best describe myself as a Mad Max Warrior/ English Gentlemen!
Please let me know if you could use some help and we can see what happens:)
Duncan

I'm giving this a nudge over to the Share Resources board, since that's a better fit for an offer to help out.

Go to Nimby's in Oakland. The Burners will be there building core projects, mutant vehicles and all manner of Burning Man projects.

I have a Discovery II. Great vehicle. Really want a Diesel D90 or 110. My off road rig is a dodge diesel 4x4, set up as an expedition vehicle.
Pm me when you land in the states. Im about 6 hours south of San Francisco. There are some great off road places we can check out.
