The basic business is that you have to find an officient, who has an office or church in Nevada, and pre-arrange with Pershing County for the lisence, and then go to the Pershing County civic building in Lovelock and pick up the paper copy and have it signed by yourselves, the officient, and two witnesses at the wedding.
