I'm so tired of this!

oh tisha! I thought I really had the house this time! Our financial subject ran out on Friday, and I asked for a small extention but instead he accepted an unconditional offer. The listing agent didn't even have the courtesty to call to see if we could match it. I was suppossed to hear from my broker on Friday, but he didn't so I'll probably hear tomorrow. Too late though.

It took a long time because I'm self employed, and there's some house issues that made the mortgage companies and banks drag their feet.

'kay, i'm slowly (dial-up slow...ugh) catching up on other threads... I thought you *had* the house?? does this mean it's totally NOT yers??

and how come cowboy trolls the other threads to get chicks into the bar and then disappears??

i'm glad we get to chat. haven't gotten to know you well enough. i like you!

Aw thanks, right back atcha. You're an amazing bartendress!

I thought it was ours, but we still had the financial subject to get lifted. The house has issues and I've been geting the run around from the lenders. But we did get one for 15% down- we sent it back to try to 10% but hadn't heard back yet. We didn't have 15% down when they propsed it. The irony is, of course, that we do now.

And then of course my boyfriend and I had a fight about it tonight. Sigh.

I'm ready for another beer, please. Oh, I'll get my own. Anyone else?

Dial up. The one drawback at 'that house' was dial up. Now I get to keep my cable. But also my...oh... no I'm not going to start a list.

Beer?? baby....i'm mixing up some top shelf margarita's.

that SUCKS about the house. i've been on the sidelines of a couple of home purchases, and it is NOT easy. ain't it *crazy* how these big life things bring all the little relationship issues right up to the surface? like some poetic metaphor....

Maybe we should bribe the water truck with a couple bottles of something to come in here and spray it down.

Or I could maybe get the firefighters to do it.

Did someone say it was Monday, or was I only imagining it?

Interesting fact: the first message tapped by Samuel Morse was, "What hath wrought?"
