If by spicy you mean hot...then no. I like hot food but hot without flavor doesn't cut it. Might as well serve the habanero sauce in a juice glass if all you want is hot. Flavor is much more importand. Spicy does not have to be hot.

TPBM is better at improvised cooking (looking in the cupboards and using whatever is on hand) than he/she is at following a recipe.
