First time from Estonia

Post by ivonaries » Tue Jun 10, 2014 2:33 pm

Dear Burners,

Im Ivo from Estonia.
Finally I took the decision to take a year off, quit my job and trust the journey...and it starts in Burningman. Im 35 years old and I ve had colourful life so far :)
Educational backround ? :) Computer and system engineering, master of science :) But to be honest Im quite far from my profession right now. Ive been close to music all my life - played 15 years in psychedelic rock band "Pilvikud" as a "frontman, songwriter, guitar, flute and singing", some years ago introduced in electronic music and also took on DJing.

2 years ago initiated dancing party/festival where Im resident DJ as well. Festival it is not about money, fame or "showing off" - it is about love, sharing and making world a better place and celebrating and dancing. It is non-public event.. it started with me alone playing in my house and dancing by myself... then my close friends joined me and now we have been sharing it from friend to friend - word to mouth.. and it has grown really warm and open party, like a big and full of love smile :) Why I wrote about the party is that this is what I do with all my heart right now and is a reflection about myself. Ive also been playing in Thailand (Koh Phangan "Guys Bar" - if some of you have been there you know what the parties are like in GuysBar! :) .

Also I have constructed 3 houses, renovated a sailboat, travelling as much as possible and sharing my music and love and best of me.

Im exited to meet you all there and also I am up for any help, support you might need - helping you out in construction or creating the best dancing vibes as DJ or sharing my own music from my heart as musician.

I will be travelling together with my girlfriend who is also musician.

Love

Ivo

Tere Homikust! (sp?)
welcome Ivonaries

I love Estonia, spent some time there some years ago, Tallinn, Narva, Kuurasaari , Saaremaa , Peipsi......and I'm sure I misspelled all. Wonderful place, made some great friends there, too.

Please, be sure to read all the "first timer" and guides on the main page, and also research specific subjects here or using google to search subjects, by adding "eplaya" to your search terms.

The heat and dry will be one of your biggest challenges, coming from so far north.
