I don't think 7.5 months are really enough.

:) I am an experienced pole dancer, been taking lesson for three years now.
Also capable of providing massages.
And loved the fact you mentioned this being a slower/calmer camp. But love the balance of a party camp associated!!

Looking for a camp to join, but would love to know more as the fb link you provided doesnt seem to be working.

Travelling quite the distance, from Toronto Canada, so would love to find a camp that provides food and water.
This will be my first BM, and will be travelling alone (meeting friends there though).
But on the give side, I'm an amazing cook with LOTS of camping experience.

Hi! I have been to Burning man in 2013 and I went with my (now ex) boyfriends camp. It was a lot of fun, but I would have loved to have more of somewhere to come back to that I was able to meditate and practice asana without feeling super distracted. Not that the vibes and the people there aren't amazing... I think I just want to do it differently this year.

About myself, My name is Kait and I live in the mountains near Reno, Truckee CA- right near Grass Valley. I am a yoga teacher, lead meditations and I do a lot of other muscle work. I just started doing pole dancing classes, it might be my true calling ;) ... so I do that. I also generally dance around with butterfly wings and spread good vibes. I come prepared with a large arsenal of holistic treatments to ailments and typically have a bunch of vitamins for anyone who isn't feel super swell after all the burning festivities.

I am pretty self reliant. I know how to bring enough water and am not looking to mooch really. The link to your camp is broken, so I'm hoping this doesn't mean it was a cancelled camp as you guys sound awesome. Love the idea of being joined in with another camp. Where do you guys typically get placed? Where are you guys based out of? I'd love to hear from you. Love and light.

Hi there,

I am also looking for a camp! I'm a first-time burner from Los Angeles, CA. I have camping experience, I'm a team player, and I can also pole dance! Please let me know what your camp might need in the way of contributions, I'd like to help in whatever way I can.

I am looking for a camp to join and where I can run Laughing Yoga every day.
It is an amazing experience and I have run it at many parties and even an engagement party.
All ages, good times.

Chris. :D

Hi There!

My name's Caspian :)

I have been fire spinning poi and staff for about 7 months now. I'm not expert but I'm not a complete amateur either! I've been meditating for 4 years. I am capable of leading meditation classes. What type of meditation are you looking for? I can lead visualization, shamanic journeys, mindfulness, buddhist compassion meditation, pranayama, breathing meditation, body relaxation meditation, and more. I have been practicing yoga personally for 4 years. I don't think I'm advanced enough to lead a full class, but I can definitely assist. I can definitely massage. I have given many, many massages. I usually do back or full body massages with some lotion or oil, working out knots gently and firmly. I also know a form of japanese massage that targets vital points. I can also do hand and foot massages that target vital points and use concepts from reflexology. I have cleared my own chakras and know about the 7 chakras and their meaning/functions, but have never cleared another's chakras (reiki?). I don't know reiki but I can certainly provide the knowledge one needs to clear their own chakras in a chakra clearing meditation!

Some more about me... I'm from NJ and I'm a student at Hampshire College in Amherst, MA. I have a few friends going to Burning Man this year and I'm really trying to make it to BRC (God Willing!). I have heard that one doesn't NEED a camp to go, but to be honest I'm looking for that type of community where we can share resources and take care of each other. I hope to hear from you soon :) Please ask me questionS!

Peace & Love,
~CaSpIaN
