Want to share the RV we have booked? FILLED

Hello!
We are looking for 1 or 2 people to share a 25' RV that we have booked from a private renter.
The one catch is we are in need of someone with valid US car insurance.
We are 2 people so far and could live with 3 or 4 total in the RV.
We are Canadian and this renter requires a driver with American auto insurance coverage.
The RV is relatively cheap compared to the large majority of rentals, but of course it's still more expensive than tent/dome/yurting.
Pick-up and drop-off location is in Sacramento, and pick-up and drop-off dates can be altered at this point.
We are experienced Burners and should be easy to camp with.

I agree with the Captain - I camp in a 25' almost every year and it gets stressful occasionally with only 3 of us there, and we've all known each-other for over a decade. I'd aim for one extra who you vet as much as possible, and make sure you set ground-rules before you get anywhere near the playa. You'll find plenty of suggestions in the "RV Campers Survival Guide" at the top of the transportation forum.

Hello!

I will be a virgin burner, live near Sacramento, and am looking to solve my transportation / camping needs. Plus, I do have US auto insurance and a towing / breakdown service. I've been thinking about tenting so maybe could set up outside next to the RV with use of inside as needed, thereby reducing the need to step on each other so much. I would just really like to have a "home base" and experienced burners I can be around to help me figure out the logistical end of things. Could this be a match made in heaven? Possibly.
