what TIME of day tomorrow for WWW guide submissions

Tomorrow is the day, but can't seem to find what time of day the submission page goes live.
anyone know?

My guess is noon. Guess. If you decide to use it, I'd advise starting noon your time and checking at five minutes after the hour until it does start up. You can write your copy tonight.

I keep missing the WWW guide and vow to NOT do that again!

The time of day's not specified - the only way to really be sure you'll get into the amateur's guide is to binge on caffeine drinks :coffee: and stay up all night, refreshing the page every 60 seconds until it lets you through. :mrgreen:
