The Bureau of Misinformation camp needs new members!

Hello Eplaya!

I'm Justin (AKA Captain Buzzkill on the Playa). I'm one of founding members of The Bureau of Misinformation theme camp. The Bureau is a fun group of people, most of us in our mid 20's to mid 30's. We're a placed camp (last year at 9 & A) with a 5 year history on The Playa. We have a turtle art car (The Divine Testudine), a misinformation booth, a large soul capture photo booth, and a big bar on the playa. We're building all kinds of fun new things this year, and we want some fun new members to help make this all happen and join the fun on the playa!

We probably have space for 20 new members this year (some folks can't make it this year, and we're adding a few new members). The core of the camp is based in SF and the East Bay. But I live in LA now (Venice), and I'd love to get some new LA people involved this year, so we can work on projects down here. We're open to members of all types, and from all over the world but especially interested small groups (maybe you're another small camp, who wants to join us?), folks who work well together, and are interested in working on a project or two this summer, either in LA, SF, or elsewhere.

We are the 5 Irish people coming over (3 women and 2 guys - aged late 20's).

Bureau of Misinformation sounds awesome! Let us know what details and
information you want about us. Just tell us if its OK to join you guys
and what we have to do. Obviously we will volunteer for helping out
and stuff.
