Every day after work lately I've been excited to check my mailbox when I get home for the plain brown packet with my magic ticket in it. So far all I've received are bills.......

Yep, like Figjam said, you should see a confirmation email first. Tickets have only just begun to go out, they go in batches and will take several weeks.

Negative on that e-mail. I keep logging in to ticketfly in the hopes there will be some glaring message saying "order status has been changed to shipped!" Unfortunately ticketfly doesn't show order statuses, but that doesn't stop me from logging in all the time and checking. The thought that they just might... <sigh>

oh well... patience is a ...virtue. Ah fuck it. Let's be honest patience sucks, I WANT MY FUCKIN TICKET NOW!!!

It probably does not count for anything, but I purchased my ticket and vehicle pass way back in the pre-sale and I have not seen anything in my USPS mail box or via e-mail.

However, I did check with Ticket Support three weeks ago that USPS mailing address was correct and they verified that the mailing address was correct.

Just part of the Burning Man adventure....

It's worth noting that some people are reporting not getting a shipment notification email. I'm checking with the ticket team to find out what's up with that.

I waited beside my mail box for my rural mail carrier today and advised her that I am expecting a package/envelope that will probably require a signature and if all possible to please drive down my my 3/4 mile dirt drive for the signature rather than leave a note in my mail box - it is a 35 mile round trip drive to my local post office.

Note: I have not yet received an e-mail notification.

Friendly reminder, folks, when posting ticket pics please avoid stuff like super high resolution images, or straight on shots of the unobstructed ticket. Sure, there will be jerks out there trying to play counterfeiter with the short time left, but make them have to work for it to piece it together.

Seriously though, did previous year's shipping confirmation include a tracking number? Cause that would be really nice/useful and I thought 1st Class had that.

Last year they included tracking info on US orders. The intent was for Canadian orders to also have it, but unfortunately I don't think that ended up working.

For what it's worth, I purchased during the pre-sale & received this 2 days ago from ticketfly fulfillment:

"A package was shipped to you on 06/28/2014 via U.S. Postal Service First-Class"

Clicking on the tracking number yields the following:

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 29, 2014 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."

Close, but no happy dance yet.
