Well, one thing's for damn sure. The Black Rock Desert is swarming with feral wolfchickens, and all the bacon that people bring to BRC is not exactly driving them away. One of these years those wolfchickens are gonna come pouring down over the mountains like a tidal wave of feathers and sharp beaks and I, for one, would rather jump in a burn barrel than to be torn apart in a maelstrom of shrieking and clucking. YMMV. :coffee:
Ain't it a groove?

he and Walt Disney will be doing "sock puppet theater" on the back streets of the 9 oclock side, as a gift to sex camps.

Hippies make EXCELLENT guinea pigs, and we dont have to pay them the usual lab fees, in fact they pay us an average of $300 apiece to let us test out the newest non-lethal sub-dural pyschotronic equipment on them while we fuck their hottie girlfriends.

win-win
Simon of the Playa, this one sounds similar, or related, to the one about the DoD hauling experimental incapacitating agents to the Black Rock Desert via the train tracks from Sierra Army Depot - the tracks are in the desert just east of our fair city - and testing aerosolized versions on the masses at BM.

Another one I have heard is that Black Rock Desert was a secret nuclear test site.

Did we just find the link between Burning Man and Jade Helm? Are we a secret base, or are we a secret FEMA death camp? Damn, still looking for those tunnels.

Google will be bringing their self driving cars to the event to Street Map the city. It will be a study in how the AI system deals with curbless unpaved streets and the lidar clutter characteristic of developing countries. the project will be a prelude to a new Google Games business unit, extracting 3d models from arbitrary structure scans in order to virtualize event$. Uberface will be playing catch up in 2016.

There will be a mobile radar and air traffic control system tested at the airport courtesy of Uncle Sam. First Camp, that's a whole 'nother thread.

Anti M, it's definitely a link between Jade Helm, and MKULTRA 3.0 (aka. "The Burning Man Project"). There is a reason that the dates overlap...

Simon of the Playa, I'm so glad that they are making the perimeter more aesthetically pleasing this year. I had a feeling it wouldn't be long before some young artist decided to gussy up the trash fence. Phenomenal work. Plus the cameras help me feel safe, because if something bad happens to me, they will definitely go and check them, and then try and find the person who did it.

It kind of reminds me of those cameras in the JOTS last year.

Lore: The guy who won the Ultramarathon in 2013 started to hallucinate from running in the heat. He saw coyotes/wolves near the horizon.

That sounds ridiculous but I actually did ride on a self-driving art car last year so this is not out of the realm of possibility.

Simon, if this is the perimeter now, can we update our Burning Man anthem. Perhaps go with something along the lines of this, except replace "Grate Britain" with "Burning Man?"

Dude, Have you looked under the car cover lately? It's just a 2x4 frame. I sold the DeLorean months ago.
