mMMMmm, Reisling

did ya want a sharp, dry one or perhaps a deliciously sweet late harvest dessert variety? Or, to keep with an ongoing theme, both?

oooo, both, Stuart. I HAVE been sort of undecided as of late... don't know what's gotten into me. Usually I know EXACTLY what I want, and I take it. Hmmmm....

Oh, and I don't think your butt can do any damage that hasn't already been done... but you may want to take care to see that I don't inflict any damage on IT... I have been known to do so....

a man who claimed to be a world class spanker broke his hand on my ass at BM this year. I warned him but he would have none of it.

I'm tellin ya, junk in the trunk, thumper in my bumper. You could bounce and anvil off of my ass.

anyway,

I will set up a flight of crisp whites, highlighting sauvignon blancs and reislings.
By their side some Port, Madeira, Muscat, and late harvest whites.
a plate of creamy and sharp cheeses as well.

anything else while I'm up?

Okay, I think I've almost got this thing cleaned out. I installed an ozone water purifier earlier today, so we can get rid of that chlorine... it's not good for the tub, and it's not good for us.

So, I think the tub's ready for another wild night...

Hey kids,
I've brought some Calamata Olives and some sliced pears,.. they both go great with cheeses but not at the same time.
