Mid-late July. Tickets have only been shipping for a little over a week, there are 60,000 of them to get out, and those Fireballs don't get put into the envelopes by machines. That would explain why Atomic Fireball futures always go up this time of year. Possibly an investment opportunity.

Oh no Rubyrd! Do you have a tracking number? Contact ticketing support as well so they can either bug UPS from their end or void your tickets and send others.

I have already talked to UPS and they are looking for my package, a claim has been setup with Ticketfly. Still, how could they lose it, it is what they supposedly do, deliver shit and all.

It'll be OK, just frustrating

Apparently we missed the delivery guy today, even though my wife was home the whole day. We think he just didn't bother coming to the door to get us to sign it. Too late to go pick it up tonight, just have to stare at the rectangle sheet of paper with "TicketFly" on it.

Wife is picking it up tomorrow.

UPS is still unable to find my tickets. They keep calling and asking me if I got them. I don't think they like me anymore as I have low tolerance for incompetence.

I reported the loss to Ticketfly, got a reply email that said it would be a minimum of 48 hours before they would respond to me. So, I am NOT a happy camper right now.

But, I certainly hope I will be soon.

No need to be an asshole, JayBobBoy. There's actually a very good reason to delay the ticket shipment process until summertime, and that's to make it tougher for counterfeiters and scammers. Be thankful they're not like some other festivals, who hold all ticket mailings until 3 weeks before the start of the event.
